BEST Easy Lasagna Recipe

The favorite recipe for lasagna for our family - not only is it delicious, but also because it is very easy! You do not even have to pre-cook lasagna noodles! With beef, pork, three cheeses and lots of flavors you know that this recipe will be successful.
INGREDIENTS
- 2 TB basil
- 1 1/2 tsp kosher salt
- 1 c parmesan cheese
- 1 TB vegetable oil
- 3 tsp minced garlic
- 1 lb mozzarella cheese sliced
- 1 pkg lasagna noodles no boil
- 5 c tomato sauce
- 1 lb beef
- 1 lb pork
- 16 oz sour cream
- 2 c cottage cheese
- parmesan cheese to taste
- pepper to taste
INSTRUCTIONS
- Preheat oven to 350.
- Fry garlic in vegetable oil for 2-3 minutes on medium heat. A stir in the basil, salt, a little pepper and tomato sauce. Let it simmer for 10 minutes. Turn to drop and keep boiling.
- In another skillet brown beef and pork. Add the brown meat to the sauce and leave on low heat.
- Mix parmesan cheese, home cheese and sour cream in a bowl. Mix well. Aside.
- In a 9 × 13 pan, place one cup of sauce at the bottom. Pour the noodle layer with the lasagna and spread another cup of sauce over the noodles.
- Add a layer of chopped mozzarella cheese and half the creamy mixture.
- Then add another layer of pasta, followed by a cup of sauce, the other layer of mozzarella slices and the rest of the sour cream mixture.
- Then add another layer of pasta and the last sauce.
- Add parmesan cheese on the face and cover with bread and bake for 25-30 minutes (do not remove any sugar in the last 5 minutes).
