Start your day with lemon water in your body! Simple and powerful detoxification helps you detoxify and stimulate your immune system!
Ingredients
- 4 cups Water (1l/1 quart, filtered or bottled)
- 1-1.4 oz Ginger Root (30-40g)
- 1 Lemon (Medium-Large)
Instructions
- Wash, peel and cut ginger. Throw in a jug filled with water and put in the refrigerator all night.
- The next morning, pour it in a glass and make the warmth so lukewarm. Press a slice of lemon and drink before breakfast.
- Drink cold throughout the day (or lukewarm if desired). Always cut lemon before drinking for maximum health benefits.
