Mini Easter Cheesecakes

Cheesecake is a double point. I love the rich texture and sweetness that you wear to suit every occasion. These mini cheese cakes are delicious! It is very easy in a few simple steps. Let me say it's hard to stop eating on just one!
ingredients:
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 12 vanilla wafer cookies
- 2 250g packages cream cheese, softened
- 2 eggs
- jelly beans for decoration
directions:
- Heat the oven to 350 ° F. Bake the cream cheese, sugar and vanilla in a large bowl with an electric mixer at medium speed until everything mixes well.
- Add the eggs and mix at low speed until mixed.
- Place a chip on the bottom of each 12 cups of paper-wrapped cakes. Pour the cream cheese mixture evenly over the waffle.
- Bake for 20 minutes or until boiling points are set approximately. Cool to room temperature. Cool for three hours or a night.
- Add decorations as desired. Makes 12 Mini Cheese Cake.
