Mini Easter Cheesecakes

ingredients:

  • 12 vanilla wafer cookies
  • 2 250g packages cream cheese, softened
  • 2 eggs
  • jelly beans for decoration

directions:

  1. Heat the oven to 350 ° F. Bake the cream cheese, sugar and vanilla in a large bowl with an electric mixer at medium speed until everything mixes well.
  2. Add the eggs and mix at low speed until mixed.
  3. Place a chip on the bottom of each 12 cups of paper-wrapped cakes. Pour the cream cheese mixture evenly over the waffle.
  4. Bake for 20 minutes or until boiling points are set approximately. Cool to room temperature. Cool for three hours or a night.
