Cookies with mashed almonds [Healthy Dessert]

INGRÉDIENTS

  • 1 egg
  • 180 g flour T-65
  • 1 pinch of fine salt
  • 40 g of agave syrup
  • 90 g of almond puree (link at the bottom of the recipe)
  • 1 tablespoon of coconut oil
  • 30 g of chocolate chips
  • 20 g whole almonds

INSTRUCTIONS

  • Preheat the oven to 180 °.
  • In a salad bowl, place the ingredients in the order listed above, then mix well.
  • Place a sheet of baking paper on the oven tray, then form the cookies.
  • Bake for 20 minutes, then cool on leaving the oven.
  • Conservation: protected from the open air 4 days maximum.
