Cookies with mashed almonds [Healthy Dessert]

INGRÉDIENTS
- 1 egg
- 180 g flour T-65
- 1 pinch of fine salt
- 40 g of agave syrup
- 90 g of almond puree (link at the bottom of the recipe)
- 1 tablespoon of coconut oil
- 30 g of chocolate chips
- 20 g whole almonds
INSTRUCTIONS
- Preheat the oven to 180 °.
- In a salad bowl, place the ingredients in the order listed above, then mix well.
- Place a sheet of baking paper on the oven tray, then form the cookies.
- Bake for 20 minutes, then cool on leaving the oven.
- Conservation: protected from the open air 4 days maximum.
