This delicious and delicious recipe for roasted toast overnight French bread is offered to a whole new level of pieces of fermented dough covered with an egg mixture, covered with cinnamon sugar and baked to perfection! This easy French toast is a weekend or weekend breakfast !!
INGREDIENTS
- 1 loaf sourdough bread
- 1/2 c heavy cream
- 2 c milk
- 2 TB vanilla
- 3/4 c sugar
- 8 eggs
TOPPING
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 c brown sugar
- 1/2 c butter cold, cut into pieces
- 1/2 c flour
- 1/4 tsp salt
INSTRUCTIONS
- Cut the bread into cubes and place it evenly in a 9x13 greased pan.
- Mix eggs, milk, cream, whipped cream, sugar and vanilla in a bowl. Pour evenly over the bread.
- Cover your blanket with Saran Rap and keep it overnight.
- Mix the flour, brown sugar, cinnamon and salt in a medium sized bowl.
- Cut the butter with this mixture until it crumbles and put in a Ziploc bag and keep it overnight.
- Take the pan and zeblock when ready for baking. Sprinkle the crumbly mixture evenly over the bread.
- Bake at 350 for 45 minutes to 1 hour depending on how smooth you want.
